- 45 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlMaple syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of 3 drops aromatic bitters dotted across cocktail's foaming surface.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice).

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
