- 45 mlPisco
- 15 mlMezcal liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 30 mlPineapple juice
- 10 mlPimento dram
- 10 mlAgave syrup

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

RIM glass with cinnamon and sugar (moisten the outside edge with sugar syrup and dip into cinnamon powder).

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

No additional garnish. (The preprepared rim is garnish enough.).
