- 30 mlLime juice
- 15 mlGrenadine syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Garnish with skewered orange wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
