Ingredients
- 7.5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 120 mlChilled water
- 50 mlCognac (brandy)
- 10 mlHoney sugar syrup
- 5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and rosemary sprig.
- 3POUR whisky and water into ice-filled glass and set aside.
- 4Separately, STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5DISCARD contents of glass and STRAIN stirred cocktail into the chilled whisky washed glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with rosemary sprig.
