Ingredients
- 5 mlFino sherry
- 3 twist Orange zest/swath
- 75 mlVodka
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (flamed).
- 3RINSE chilled glass with sherry (pour sherry into glass, swirl to coat inside and discard excess).
- 4SQUEEZE the oils from a flamed orange zest so the burnt oils coat the inside of the sherry-coated glass.
- 5SHAKE vodka with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into the sherry and orange oil coated glass.
- 7EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
