Ingredients
- 50 mlSingle malt Scotch whisky
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Averna)
- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 45 mlApple juice
- 5 mlBrown sugar syrup
- 2.5 mlPimento dram
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of 3 half apple slices (or orange zest twist).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with 3 fanned apple slices (or orange zest twist).
