Ingredients
- 35 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 25 mlBrut sparkling wine
- 45 mlSparkling water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3POUR all ingredients into glass.
- 4FILL glass with ice.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
