- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlWhipping cream
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 1 fresh Egg yolk

Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of dust with grated nutmeg .

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
