- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlPear liqueur
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlWhipping cream
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 1 fresh Egg yolk
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dust with grated nutmeg .
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
