  • 15 mlElderflower cordial
  • 45 mlPomegranate juice
  • 60 mlProsecco

    Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of half lemon slice wheel.

    POUR limoncello, lemon juice and elderflower cordial into glass.

    Two-thirds FILL glass with crushed ice.
  5. 5
    LAYER pomegranate juice.
  6. 6
    ADD more crushed ice to fill glass.
  7. 7
    TOP with prosecco.
  8. 8
    Garnish with half lemon slice wheel.
