Ingredients

40 mlCalvados apple brandy
20 mlRhubarb liqueur
20 mlLemon juice
10 mlVanilla sugar syrup
10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
50 mlBrut sparkling wine

Method

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
