Ingredients
- 40 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 20 mlRhubarb liqueur
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 50 mlBrut sparkling wine

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

TOP with sparkling wine.
