Ingredients
- 10 mlGrenadine syrup
- 40 mlBlanco tequila
- 20 mlTriple sec
- 20 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlAgave syrup
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
- 40 mlMezcal
- 20 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 20 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlAgave syrup
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry skewered with stars and stripes paper parasol.
- 3Add a ¼ of 7oz scoop crushed ice to chilled glass and cover with grenadine.
- 4BLEND next 6 ingredients (tequila, triple sec, lime juice, sugar syrup, agave syrup and xanthan gum) with 7oz scoop crushed ice.
- 5POUR into glass over grenadine base.
- 6BLEND last 6 ingredients (mezcal, blue curaçao, lime juice, sugar syrup, agave syrup and xanthan gum) with 7oz scoop crushed ice.
- 7POUR into glass over last layer.
- 8Garnish with lime wedge and maraschino cherry skewered with paper parasol.
- 9Serve with a straw.
