Ingredients
- 30 mlCoffee liqueur
- 30 mlCold espresso coffee
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 1.25 mlOlive oil
- 1 swath Lemon zest oils
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist, mint leaf and toasted sesame oil (sesame is an allergen!).
- 3SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4SPRAY inside of chilled glass with lemon zest oils.
- 5FINE STRAIN cocktail into the aromatised glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish, along with mint leaf and and 3 drops of toasted sesame oil.
