Ingredients
- 30 mlCoffee liqueur
- 30 mlCold espresso coffee
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 1.25 mlOlive oil
- 1 swath Lemon zest oils

Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist, mint leaf and toasted sesame oil (sesame is an allergen!).

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.

SPRAY inside of chilled glass with lemon zest oils.

FINE STRAIN cocktail into the aromatised glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish, along with mint leaf and and 3 drops of toasted sesame oil.
