Ingredients
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 3 barspoonPowdered sugar
- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 75 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1STIR powdered sugar with lemon juice in base of shaker until sugar dissolves.
- 2Add bourbon, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- 3TOP with champagne and lightly stir.
