- 1 sprig Rosemary sprig
- 2 grind Black pepper
- 60 mlCognac (brandy)
- 10 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 20 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 20 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 3 dashVanilla extract
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon slice and rosemary.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
