- 40 mlCognac (brandy)
- 15 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 1 barspoonApricot jam/preserve
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice and mint sprig.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
