- 50 mlGin
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 45 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 60 mlPink grapefruit soda
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
- 3SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring grapefruit soda.
- 5Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
