Ingredients
- 40 mlNew make spirit
- 5 mlFino sherry
- 5 mlLime juice
- 2.5 mlBanana liqueur
- 4 dashXocolatl mole bitters
- 25 mlGinger ale
Method
- 1SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 2TOP with ginger ale.
