Ingredients
- 3 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 50 mlGin
- 17.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 17.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 25 mlLemon juice
- 20 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a WINE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3BLEND all ingredients with 12oz scoop crushed ice.
- 4POUR into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
