Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozLight rum
- 1 tblspTriple sec
- 1 1/2 ozLime juice
- 1 tspSugar
- 1Cherry
- 1 cup crushedIce
Method
- 1Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm.
- 2Pour contents into a champagne flute, top with the cherry, and serve.
