- 45 mlGerman amaro
- 22.5 mlTriple sec
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel (dehydrated).
- 3BLEND all ingredients with two-thirds of a 6oz scoop of crushed ice.
- 4POUR into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with lime wheel.
