- 22.5 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlPassion fruit purée
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel on rim, or float half a fresh passion fruit, or top centre of cocktail with a spoon of passion fruit seeds and flesh .

BLEND all ingredients with ¾ of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice.

POUR into chilled glass.
