22.5 mlLime juice
15 mlPassion fruit purée
10 mlVanilla sugar syrup

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of serve with brut sparkling wine, ideally rosé on the side.

BLEND all ingredients with ¾ of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
