Ingredients
- 75 mlSake
- 22.5 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlLime juice
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

DRY BLEND (without ice) first 4 ingredients on slow setting and gradually add Xanthan gum while continuing to blend.

Add half a 2/3 of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice and blend again.

Pour into chilled glass.
