    Select and pre-chill a POCO GRANDE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

    STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring lemon-lime soda.
  5. 5
    Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim skewered with maraschino cherry.
