Ingredients
- 7.5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 30 mlCherry brandy
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 fresh Egg yolk
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Dust with freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.
