  • 45 mlScotch whisky
  • 30 mlCherry brandy
  • 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 1 fresh Egg yolk

    Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

    Dust with freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with a skewered maraschino cherry.
