Ingredients
- 3 dashAbsinthe
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dashCreole bitters
- 10 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of long lemon zest string.
- 3RINSE chilled glass with absinthe (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- 4STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
- 6Garnish with lemon zest string knotted over cocktail (to EXPRESS oils) and dropped into glass.
