- 30 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 30 mlCognac (brandy)
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 10 mlPineapple syrup
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dropDaiquiri bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated lemon slice wheel and grated cinnamon.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Garnish with dehydrated lemon slice floated on surface and dusted with freshly grated cinnamon.
