Ingredients
- 45 mlGentian liqueur
- 12.5 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 90 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- 4Lightly stir.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
