Ingredients
- 60 mlVodka
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlGingerbread sugar syrup
- 90 mlGinger beer
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger &/or mini gingerbread man.
- 3POUR first 3 ingredients into copper mug/glass and stir.
- 4Two-thirds fill vessel with cubed ice.
- 5TOP with ginger beer and crown with crushed ice.
- 6Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger &/or mini gingerbread man atop a summit of crushed ice.
