- 40 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 10 mlGingerbread sugar syrup
- 8 dropAbbott's bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mini gingerbread man &/or skewered crystallised ginger.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
