Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 30 mlBlack raspberry liqueur
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2.5 mlRose water
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of edible flowers such as dried rose petals.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with edible flowers.
