Ingredients
- 2 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
- 3⁄4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3⁄4 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
- 1 swath Grapefruit peel/zest optional
- 3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional
