Ingredients
- 1 barspoonOrange marmalade
- 40 mlVodka
- 30 mlKumquat liqueur
- 10 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlAgave syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half kumquat.
- 3STIR marmalade with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve marmalade.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with half kumquat on rim.
