Ingredients
- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlDark/black rum
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 30 mlOrange juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2.5 mlGrenadine syrup
Method
- 1SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 2POUR grenadine into centre of cocktail which should sink to form a red layer in base of glass.
