- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 60 mlBlended light 3-5yo rum
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 90 mlSoda (club soda) water

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Gently MUDDLE mint in glass (just to bruise).

POUR other ingredients into glass.
