- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlRose petal liqueur
- 20 mlSauvignon Blanc wine
- 20 mlApple juice
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.
- 3POUR all ingredients into a chilled glass.
- 4Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and SWIZZLE.
- 5FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 6Garnish and serve with a straw.
