  • 15 mlPamplemousse liqueur
  • 20 mlPink grapefruit juice
  • 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 1 dashGrapefruit bitters

    Select and pre-chill a COPITA SHERRY GLASS.

    RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with grapefruit juice and dip into sugar).

    Prepare garnish of long, wide swath of grapefruit peel.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into pre-prepared glass.

    Garnish with grapefruit peel around inside of rim.
