- 22.5 mlWhite crème de menthe
- 22.5 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 15 mlMezcal
- 7.5 mlMint fernet amaro
- 5 mlAbsinthe
- 37.5 mlHeavy/double cream
- 1 pea Green food colour gel
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated chocolate and mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Dust with grated chocolate and garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
- 6Serve with a straw.
