- 5 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlLime juice
- 5 mlLime cordial
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of green apple wedge..
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with green apple wedge on rim.
