Ingredients
- 45 mlTsipouro
- 20 mlDry vermouth
- 15 mlTriple sec
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 10 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and basil sprig.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Garnish with basil sprig bouquet.
