  • 45 mlGin
  • 22.5 mlSloe gin liqueur
  • 30 mlPink grapefruit juice

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and grapefruit wedge.

    MIST chilled glass with spray or rinse of absinthe to coat the inside and set aside.

    SHAKE other ingredients with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

    EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.

    Garnish with grapefruit wedge on rim.
