- 45 mlGin
- 22.5 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 30 mlPink grapefruit juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and grapefruit wedge.
- 3MIST chilled glass with spray or rinse of absinthe to coat the inside and set aside.
- 4SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
- 6EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with grapefruit wedge on rim.
