Ingredients
- 45 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 22.5 mlShiraz red wine

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.

DRIZZLE red wine around surface of the drink.
