- 60 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 4 swath Lemon peel
- 6 dropSaline solution 4:1

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

RINSE chilled glass with absinthe and discard excess.

SQUEEZE lemon zests to release oils into mixing glass and drop zests in.

Add other ingredients and REGAL STIR with ice.

STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
