Ingredients
- 25 mlLight white rum
- 25 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 10 mlOrange Curaçao
- 5 mlGrenadine syrup
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 45 mlPineapple juice
- 20 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a CARTRIDGE MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry) and mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into mug or glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5Garnish with fruit stick and mint sprigs bouquet.
- 6Serve with a straw.
