- 15 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlPeach liqueur
- 10 mlCinnamon syrup
- 2.5 mlGentian liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (coin sized).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and float as garnish.
