- 1 slice red chili pepper
- 1 slice Fresh ginger
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 30 mlHoney herbal liqueur
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 2 barspoonHoney sugar syrup
- 2 dashOrange bitters
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1MUDDLE ginger and chilli in base of shaker.
- 2Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine-strain into chilled glass.
