- 20 mlDry vermouth
- 10 mlRubino/Rosso/Rojo vermouth
- 5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 5 mlNavy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
- 3 dropAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon (or orange) zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
