Ingredients
- 40 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 22.5 mlVermouth amaro (Pun.)
- 22.5 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 1 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Float (dehydrated) apple slice for garnish.
