  • 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
  • 20 mlApplejack brandy
  • 15 mlLemon juice
  • 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 5 mlChilled water
  • 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of small apple wedge on rim and lightly dust with cinnamon powder.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

    DRY SHAKE (without ice).

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
