Ingredients
- 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 20 mlApplejack brandy
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 5 mlChilled water
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of small apple wedge on rim and lightly dust with cinnamon powder.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
