Ingredients
- 45 mlBourbon whiskey
- 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 10 mlHazelnut syrup
- 8 dropAbbott's bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of place 3 hazelnuts on ice.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
